We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in the US. This remote position will play a significant role in the company’s continued growth and expansion. A successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process and has the ability to think on your feet while presenting a confident pitch to engage the opportunity.

The Role
- You will set up appointment calls from leads and set up meetings for a potential sales deal. You will be trained to follow the sales process and the essential details of our products and services.
- You will communicate our value proposition to decision-makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities. You will schedule a meeting between the decision-makers and our sales representative.
- You will respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text in expected situations, schedule meetings, and manage work calendars.
The Requirements
- Energetic, hungry attitude that’s eager to be a part of a team where you get out what you put in
- Must exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication skills and be able to build an authentic rapport with people
- Must have experience with CRM and Customer service software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.
- Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in appointment setting and preferably from a major Finance, SaaS, or Hospitality brand in the US
- Must have experience doing outbound calls, e-mails, and chat for sales
- Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work independently
