A leading GSA of Malaysia based Airline is looking for a Reservation and Ticketing Agent based
out of Bangalore, who will be responsible for delivering efficient services to customers/ agents at the counter and on calls and emails.

Calls
Handle Reservations Sales calls efficiently and
effectively.
Communicate clearly and politely to customers,
both internal and external.
Email handling Write well-structured emails relevantly and clearly.
Timely response to emails and calls.
Office Etiquettes Punctuality, Grooming and Mannerisms.
Accounting and billings IGAT billings.
Prompt handling of Billing & Reporting

Handle customers/travel agents and provide solutions.

To be a successful candidate and will hold a Graduate degree and a course done in reservations and
ticketing. Good knowledge of international fares calculations.

perspective.
Ensure cost control
Billings and accounting processes.
Tele sales - assisting in achieving Revenue target
Educational Qualification: Graduate

Relevant Experience : 2-4 years.
