We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Top Deal Cleaning & Party Services. As an integral part of our staff providing company, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives within the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. This role demands a keen understanding of the F&B industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on the F&B sector.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competition in the F&B industry. Utilize this data to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the F&B sector. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Promotional Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our staff providing services to F&B establishments. This includes digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
Content Creation: Generate compelling and relevant content such as blogs, case studies, and social media posts to engage the F&B audience and showcase our expertise.
Collateral Development: Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials, to support the sales team in their efforts to acquire F&B clients.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management.
Event Coordination: Organize and participate in industry-related events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote our services and expand our F&B client base.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to achieve the best ROI while monitoring expenses closely.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the F&B sector Minimum 2 Year’s.
Strong knowledge of F&B industry trends, key players, and customer preferences.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
