We are an established joinery in the GCC as well as markets beyond, specialized in the manufacturing of high-performance Fire and Acoustic door looking for an experienced PAINT BOOTH FOREMAN for overseeing and coordinating the painting operations and to ensure high-quality finishes on products, and maintaining a smooth production flow.
Requirements & Skills:
- 8 to 10 yrs proven experience in UAE as Paint Booth Foreman in fit-out/Joinery Firm.
- In-depth knowledge about fit-out procedures, equipment’s,paint materials, machinery usage, different types of paints, varnishes,stains, and other finishing materials.
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Familiarity with various painting and sanding techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions of Production Manager/Supervisor
- Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in painting or woodworking is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate all paint machineries including automatic spray line and manual paint booth.
- Supervise Painting Operations & Manage a team of painters, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and sealing as needed.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to joinery products according to specifications.
- Prepare correct stain and maintain mixing ratio log.
- Ensure smooth and even application of finishes, paying attention to detail and quality.
- Produce items as per approved materials and finishes.
- Repair and touch up damaged or worn finishes on joinery products.
- Prepare samples for client approval as per specification and Project details.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities to workers.
- Supervise and train workers on painting and sanding techniques, as needed.
- Rectify QA/QC comments.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
- Supervise the use of Painting machinery and equipment.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
- Meet project deadlines and work efficiently to maximize productivity
