Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic waiters/waitresses to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our valued guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Food handling and safety knowledge.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
We offer three salary packages:
- Salary: 4300 AED (with Duty Meal, Visa, Medical insurance, Transportation for duty, Accommodation in Dubai, Air-ticket after completing the contract).
- Salary: 5000 AED (with Duty Meal and Transportation for duty, rest facilities like Visa, Medical insurance, accommodation, and Air ticket not provided by the company).
- Salary: 6000 AED (with Duty Meal and no other facilities: Employees have to arrange their own accommodation, transport, medical insurance, and Air ticket).
Working Conditions:
- Duty Time: 10 Hours/26 days
