A well-established fund servicer with a strong global presence specialising in the Private Equity space has teamed up with Funds Talent in search of an Assistant Finance Manager. Due to the recent growth, my client is now looking for the next “superstar” that can be on a fast track to becoming a Manager within their Fund Accounting team.

You will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Manager and other senior stakeholders on the delivery of client planning and delegating tasks to the Junior and Senior Fund Accountants.
- Validating complex capital calls and allocation of distributions and performing a thorough, detailed review of all internal client deliverable checklists.
- Perform a thorough review of the quarterly reporting package and assist with production when needed.
- Lead and participate in client and board meetings.
- Review the new client onboarding and fund setup
- Train, coach, and manage team members. Escalate staffing concerns. Participate in hiring processes.
Role Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ PERE accounting experience.
- Knowledge of IFRS and LUX GAAP.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
